Welcome to Daisy the Dinosaur, a learning environment for children that respects their intellect, creativity, and privacy.
This privacy policy governs your use of a software application (“Daisy the Dinosaur”) on a mobile device that was created by Hopscotch Technologies, Inc. (“we”, “our”, and “us”). The Application includes a visual programming environment for kids (“the Application” or “Services”.) With our programming environment, kids can create and share their own games and apps.
The Application does not currently request any information from the user.
The Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
Your information is never sold to, rented by, or shared for advertising with third parties for any reason.
You have the right to review and delete the information Hopscotch Technologies has collected about you at any time.

If you are habitually located in the European Union, you have the right to access, rectify, download or erase your information, as well as the right to restrict and object to certain processing of your information. As we do not store any of your information, there is no data to delete or download.
